Bringing It to the Table

A project close to my heart – the post-pandemic return of Les Dames d’Escoffier DC chapter’s day-long symposium. I have been a member of the group since 2018 and been on the board there since 2021. In addition to coordinating the promotion of the event and was the official photographer! Les Dames is a philanthropic group of women in food with the mission of providing grants, scholarships and mentoring to women in the industry. This event brought together the area’s leading women in food, beverage, and hospitality who shared their expertise in advocacy, content creation, and kitchen wisdom.
