The International Association of Culinary Professionals held their annual conference in Washington DC in 2015. The three day event kicked off with an 80th birthday celebration for acclaimed chef Jacques Pepin. The cakes were created by some of the top chefs in the country in tribute to this culinary pioneers. The conference continued with breakout sessions covering topics ranging from creating cookbooks, the food industry and social media and how to make a difference with food-related non-profits. The final event of the conference was their annual awards ceremony hosted by Chef Curtis Stone.
